Mocha Ice Cream Apple Pie

Ingredient list (8 people)
For the apple pie:
4 scoops Formula 1 Vanilla crème
1 scoop of multi-fiber drink
1 medium-sized green apple,
thinly sliced
2 eggs
100g lean soft cheese (4% fat )
30 g kefir or buttermilk, lean
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon brown sugar
For the ice cream:
240 ml of almond drink
4 measuring spoons of high protein
Cold coffee (HPIC)
4 measuring

Preparation:
Preparation of the apple pie:
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Add all other ingredients (except the apple) to the mixture and mix well.
Put the mixture on a parchment paper, give it
a 15 cm spring pan

Mix the cinnamon and sugar and

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 ° C until
