Apricot muffins
Fruit muffins are always a hit - and this Romanian recipe with apricots is also a must. Vary it with different flavors of Formula 1 or with different varieties of nuts. Not only is the recipe very versatile, it also increases your protein intake.
Ingredients list (6 people)
3 scoops Formula 1 (in every flavor!)
We use vanilla cream
1 tablespoon of protein drink mix
1 scoop of multi-fiber drink
½ teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg
50 ml of low-fat milk
100 g of cheese creamy lean
100 g dried apricots, chopped
50 g chopped almonds (alternatively your
favorite nuts or a nut mixture)
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Line a muffin pan with 6 muffin pans with parchment paper.
Beat the egg in a bowl, then add the cream cheese and milk and mix well.
Add the chopped apricots and almost all the almonds (leave some for decoration). Then add the Formula 1 smoothie, protein drink blend, multifiber drink, and baking powder to it and mix it all together well.
Spread the mixture evenly over the 6 muffin molds and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
