6 spoons of vegetable milk

2 tablespoons of cocoa / chocolate chips

Preparation:

1. preheat the oven to 180 ° C upper / lower heat (conventional oven 160 ° C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2. cut the soaked dates into small pieces with a knife. Beat the egg with salt and coconut sugar until frothy.
3. add the chopped dates and the other ingredients, except the cocoa nibs, and mix everything together until you get a homogeneous mixture. Finally, fold in about half of the cocoa nibs.
4. Put 1-2 tablespoons of dough on the baking sheet and smooth it out a little. Sprinkle the remaining cocoa nibs.
Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes in a preheated oven.
