* Bountys * - high protein coconut balls. For about 30 balls or 12 bars
List of ingredients (12 Pieces)
200g of coconut flakes
50g of protein drink mix
200ml of coconut milk
200g of dark chocolate
Preparation:
Mix the coconut flakes and protein drink in a bowl.
Slightly heat the coconut milk until liquid, add and mix everything into a homogeneous mass.
Shape into bars or balls from the coconut mass and put them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate on a hot water bath and soak the bars. Let the chocolate harden and then enjoy the bars.
