If a regular liquid smoothie gets too boring for you or if you want to create a healthy dessert!

Ingredient List (1 Person)
220ml soy drink (or water if using HLN Protein Drink Mix (1 tablespoon)).
2 tablespoons F1-Shake
Fruit / Nuts for decoration

Preparation:
Heat the soy drink to 80 degrees.
Mix well with the F1 smoothie powder and place it in a pudding bowl / ant.
Place the hot pudding in the refrigerator for an hour and then turn it over onto a dessert plate.
Decorate with nuts, fruit, fruit, .... as desired (and adapted to your goal).
