Burrito with salmon
Ingredient List (1 Person)
1 kamut piadina
50 g of smoked salmon
Lettuce leaves
half a cucumber
half a red pepper
some cream cheese
Preparation
Cut the lettuce leaves into strips.
Cut the red pepper and cucumber into narrow strips.
Cut the smoked salmon into strips about 2 cm wide.
Heat the tortillas on both sides well in a lined pan.
Spread some cream cheese on the tortillas.
Put some strips of lettuce, some smoked salmon and some cucumbers and some paprika strips.
Roll the dough into a compact roll.
Cut it once in the center, tie it with leek strips and garnish with rosemary.
