Ingredient List (1 Person)
200 ml of water
15 g of pitted dates
¼ teaspoons of cardamom seeds 2 in
3 large green cardamom capsules
2 Formula 1 milk coffee scoops
2 tablespoons of Proteindrinkmix mixture
