Strawberry dumplings
List of ingredients (6 Pieces)
150g lean ricotta
80g rolled oats
1 egg
2 tablespoons Protein Drink Mix
Strawberries for the filling
Grated coconut
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients (except the filling) into a dough.
Then form 6 dumplings with slightly moistened hands and fill them with strawberries.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, turn the heat down to medium heat and add the ravioli.
When they float on top, let them simmer for about 15 minutes.
Take it out and roll it in a grated coconut.
