Quinoa chili with black beans and avocado

List of ingredients (4 people)
170 g quinoa
360 ml of vegetable broth
1 large jar (750ml) of chopped tomatoes
1 can of black beans
1 can of corn
2 peppers (I used one red and one orange pepper)
1 red onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of sweet paprika noble spice
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Lime juice
2 spring onions
1 good handful of fresh parsley
salt
Pepper!
1 avocado
chillies, at will

Preparation
1. cut the peppers into medium sized pieces. Finely chop the onion into cubes and also the garlic cloves into small pieces. A little oil in a pan or saucepan. Heat and fry the onions for 2-3 minutes until transparent. Then add the garlic and peppers and fry for about 2 minutes.
2. Add the other ingredients up to the lime juice, the spring onions, the parsley and add the avocado.
3. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Then mix the other ingredients.
Season again and arrange with avocado slices.
