Avocado Chia berry breakfast
List of ingredients (2 people)
1 avocado
150g of Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of protein drink mix
100 g of blueberries (or other berries)
2 tablespoons of berry (or strawberry) smoothie
1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Preparation:
Mix 1 avocado with 75g of Greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon of protein drink mix. Mix 100 g of blueberries (or other berries) with 2 tablespoons of berries, mix 75 g of Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and place them on top of each other.
Garnish with berries.
