1/2 banana
120g of Greek yogurt 0%.
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 egg
2 tablespoons of Formula 1 vanilla smoothie (or flavor of your choice)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Topping:
3 tablespoons of low-fat curd
1 tablespoon of Protein Drink Mix
Berries .. .
Preparation:
Crush the banana with a fork and mix with the other ingredients.
Pour into a cake ring and bake for about 20 minutes.
Let it cool down.
For the topping, mix the lean ricotta with Protein Drink Mix (add a little water if necessary) until you get a creamy consistency.
Spread the topping on the pizza and decorate with berries / coconut flakes / coconut flakes / coconut nibs ...
