Creamy soup with lentils
Ingredient List (3 People)
An onion
2 cloves of garlic
a little oil
1100 ml of vegetable broth
160 g of red pepper
160 g of carrots
200 g red lentils
2 teaspoons of sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1-1.5 teaspoon of tea salt
A little pepper
possibly chilli
Preparation
Chop an onion and 2 cloves of garlic and fry them in a little oil. Fill with 1100ml of vegetable broth and add 160g of red peppers, 160g of carrots and 200g of red lentils. Season with 2 teaspoons of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1-1.5 teaspoons of salt, a little pepper and possibly chili. Cook for 30 minutes and then mix everything
