Substantial protein dip
Ideal as a spread or dip for vegetable sticks
List of ingredients
2 tablespoons of Formula 1 Vanilla smoothie
125g of natural low-fat yogurt
125 g of lean cheese or low-fat cream cheese
Spices: pepper, salt, curry, curry, pepper, garlic, chives
(to taste) or vegetable sticks,
wholemeal breadsticks or
whole grain bread
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients well and serve with vegetable sticks or wholemeal snacks!
