Yogurt and apple dessert

150 g of natural yogurt
2 tablespoons of Formula 1 spiced apple smoothie
100 ml of water
1/4 apple
Seeds or nuts to decorate
Preparation:
Pour 150 g of natural yogurt into the glass, blend 2 tablespoons of smoothie with 100 ml of water and add them to the glass, cut 1/4 apple into cubes and sprinkle with the seeds or chopped nuts of your choice.
