Ingredients list (13 Pieces)
260g of spelled flour
180 g of wholemeal spelled flour
250ml of rice milk
50g of coconut sugar
50g coconut oil
1 egg
4 egg yolks
1 pack of dry yeast
1 teaspoon of organic lemon grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
Filling: 100g raspberries
200ml water
4 tablespoons protein drink mixture
To sprinkle: Icing sugar
Preparation:
Sift the flour and mix the yeast well. Add the remaining ingredients and knead with the food processor for 8-10 minutes.
Cover the dough with a tea towel and put it in the fridge overnight.
The next day, take out the pasta. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes, then knead on a floured surface, divide into about 13 portions and shape into balls (dip your hands in the flour if the dough sticks).
Put the dough balls on a baking sheet with parchment paper, cover them with a tea towel and let them rest for 30 minutes. Then bake in the oven at 170 ° C on fan until golden.
Let the carnival donuts cool.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling.
Heat the raspberries with water in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the proteindrinkmix and it goes very well.
Put the raspberry filling in a plastic bag and fill the donuts. Or open the donuts and spread the filling over them.
If you want, sprinkle with some powdered sugar and the mega tasty faschingskrapfen are ready.
