Banana Cream Pancake
These pancakes are an excellent source of fiber, minerals and protein and therefore a great start to the day. Try the different flavors of Formula 1 and take different fruits every now and then, for a change.
Ingredient list (4 people)
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
150 ml of water
100 g of oat flakes
1 measuring spoon Multi
-Fiber drink
1 tablespoon of protein drink mix
2 scoops Formula 1 banana cream
1 spoon of baking powder
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a blender in the order listed and blend into a thick batter. Let the dough rest for about 5 minutes while the pan is heating up.
Add some meatballs to the pan with a spoon and cook on one side for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom is nice and golden. Then turn and cook for a few minutes on the other side as well, until the pancakes are well done. You can see this by the slight resistance when you touch them.
For uncoated pans, you will need a little oil, for example coconut oil, so that the dough does not stick.
When all the pancakes are ready, serve them with a tasty selection of fruit, such as banana slices and lots of berries.
Tip: If the pan gets too hot, the pancakes will turn brown before they are fully cooked. Be careful not to let the pot get too hot.
If you use a powerful mixer for this pancake batter, the oatmeal will be well ground. If you have a weaker mixer, you should first pre-mix the oats separately until they are almost as fine as flour.
