Milk butter pancakes
Ingredient List (2 People)
250ml of milk butter
3 eggs
150 g of wholemeal spelled flour
1.5 teaspoon of baking powder
Preparation:
Separate the eggs and beat the egg white.
Stir in the remaining ingredients and fold the beaten egg white carefully.
Put the dough in a spoon pan and cook the pancakes on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. Tip: If small bubbles form on the dough, the pancake can be turned.
The fluffy pancakes are very tasty with fruits (banana, strawberries, ...)
