Blueberry smoothie
Ingredient List (1 Person)
250 ml of water (or soy drink)
2 tablespoons of Formula 1 raspberry and blueberries
1 tablespoon of Proteindrinkmix
100 g of blueberries or raspberries
optional 2-3 sheets of fresh mint or ice cubes
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients and blend well. In summer it is especially good with an ice cube.
