Whether it's for Christmas or other occasions: "give good friends a chocolate" ;-)

List of ingredients
5 tablespoons of Herbalife F1 Chocolate Shake (about 65g)
100g of ground hazelnuts
100ml of apple juice
200g of whole milk chocolate coating
100 g chopped hazelnuts
40 hazelnuts (without skin)

Preparation:
Mix the chocolate smoothie, the chopped hazelnuts and the apple juice in a bowl. (If the dough is too firm, add a little more liquid. If the dough is too liquid, add a little more of the dry ingredients).
Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
Shape into balls: wrap a hazelnut in the center.
Cool the balls and in the meantime prepare the chocolate for the covering.
Chop the chocolate coating into small pieces and melt it in a bain-marie:
Melt 2/3 of the chocolate coating in a bain-marie.
As soon as the topping has melted, remove it from the pot and stir in the remaining third.
When the cover has melted, it is at the perfect temperature (29-30 ° C).
Dip the chocolates in the chocolate coating and place them on baking paper. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
Leave to dry and prepare the snack.
