Pepper and rocket salad with Camembert
Ingredient List (2 People)
200 g Camembert (half fat)
4 peppers
200 g of rocket
2 onions
5 tablespoons of broth
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 bunch of basil
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (180 degree fan oven).
Place the Camembert in a pan and bake in a hot oven (in the center) for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, halve the peppers, remove the seeds and dividing walls, wash them and cut them into strips.
Wash, clean and dry the rocket, remove the hard stems.
Peel the onions and plan them into thin rings.
Mix everything in a salad bowl.
Mix the broth and vinegar with salt and pepper, add the oil. Add the dressing to the salad.
Put the cheese on it.
Wash the basil and shake to dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and chop coarsely.
Sprinkle the salad.
