Kaiserschmarren
List of ingredients (1 Person)
150ml of milk of your choice
2 tablespoons of Proteindrinkmix
1 tablespoon of wholemeal spelled flour
2 eggs
Raisins
Icing sugar
Apple pulp (side dish)
Preparation:
Heat a pan (with lid) over medium heat.
Mix the Proteindrinkmix and the flour with the milk.
Mix the 2 eggs.
Put the pasta in the hot pan, sprinkle it with raisins and put the lid on it.
After a few minutes (the dough should have gotten a little stiff at the edges) divide the dough into 4 pieces and turn each piece upside down. Leave the lid on for a moment and divide the dough into small pieces.
The Kaiserschmarren is ready. Add some icing sugar.
