Chocolate mousse
Ideal as a low calorie snack or as a healthy dessert.
List of ingredients (1 Person)
2 tablespoons of Protein Drink Mix
1 teaspoon of cocoa (without sugar)
1/2 teaspoon of guar gum
200 ml of water
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a blender jug. Stir the liquid until it is firm and fluffy.
(if the mousse tastes like guar gum, next time put less)
