Tropical Coconut Mousse
This low-fat, high-protein tropical dessert is the perfect way to brighten up your daily life. Serve like this or with seasonal fruit as a side dish.
Ingredient List (4 People)
1 ripe mango
3 caps of AloeMax or Aloe Vera drink with mango
½ can (200 ml) of low fat coconut milk
4 tablespoons of Formula 3 PPP
2 scoops of Formula 1 Banana Cream
Finely grated zest and juice of 1 lime
Preparation:
Peel the mango and remove the core. Put it in the blender. Add the Aloe Max / Aloe Vera mango concentrate, coconut milk, Formula 3 PPP, Formula 1 Banana Cream, finely grated crust and lime juice.
Mix well until you get a smooth and creamy liquid. To serve, garnish the glass or mug with some lime zest.
Tip: For delicious ice cream you can put everything in the ice cream machine.
