Pancake Cereal
Ingredient List (1 Person)
1 banana
1 egg
1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons Formula 1 vanilla smoothie (or your favorite smoothie)
Preparation:
Banana mash with fork
Mix the smoothie with the baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl.
Add the egg and banana and mix well.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, grease it a little with coconut oil and add the pasta in portions with a teaspoon.
Cook the small mini pancakes on both sides for a few minutes (put the lid on the pan, it will go faster).
It is best to use the berries for decoration.
