Crunchy bread
Nordic crispbread is extremely versatile. With Czech cream spread or otherwise seasoned, it is a delicacy rich in fiber and protein.
Ingredient List (50 Pieces)
50 g of sunflower seeds
50 g of flax seeds
50 g of sesame seeds
50 g of pumpkin seeds
100 g of rolled oats
100 g of rye flour
2 vanilla Formula 1 scoops
225 ml of hot water
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Then add the water and mix everything well with your hands or a wooden spoon.
Remove a piece of parchment paper from the pan, place half of the dough on top and press lightly with clean, wet hands.
Cover the second parchment paper and roll out the dough very thin with a rolling pin until it forms a rectangle of about 35 x 25 cm.
The dough must be very thin, about 2 mm.
Remove the upper baking paper and cover the second half of the dough with the same procedure.
With a sharp knife cut the dough into pieces without cutting it into the paper and sprinkle it with coarse sea salt (optional). Place the parchment paper onto the baking sheets and bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
