5 g of baking powder
Preparation:
Separate the eggs.
Beat the egg whites together with the baking powder with a hand blender until the dough is very stiff. Then beat the egg yolks with the cream cheese until a homogeneous mass is reached.
With a whisk, carefully add the stiff egg whites until no more yellowish streaks are seen.
With a spoon, arrange the mixture in three equal portions on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 140 ° C for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
