Wholemeal bread with turkey ham
Quick as a snack. Wholemeal bread can of course be seasoned in different ways.
Particularly suitable are cured meats rich in protein and low in fat such as Bresaola (beef ham), turkey ham, but also eggs, ricotta and salad.
TIP: A quickly prepared sauce also goes well with bread - just mix a little cream cheese and yogurt with fresh herbs like chives, parsley .... salt, pepper and that's it.

2 slices of wholemeal bread
30 g of turkey ham
1 small tomato
1-2 pickled gherkins
1 salad leaf
Preparation:
Cut the tomato and cucumber into slices. Cover with salad leaves, turkey ham, tomato and cucumber and enjoy.
