Flourless bread
Homemade bread is always a delight. This variant contains PPP Formula 3 PPP for more protein. Quinoa and chia seeds provide more fiber. Once you have mastered this recipe, it will accompany you for years.
Ingredient List (12 Pieces)
300 g of quinoa
60 g of chia seeds
60 ml of olive oil
250 ml of water
½ teaspoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
4 tablespoons Formula 3 PPP
Juice of ½ lemon
Preparation:
Soak the quinoa in plenty of water overnight. Also soak the chia seeds overnight in 125ml of water.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C. Line a large box with parchment paper.
Drain the quinoa carefully and carefully.
In a blender, mix the quinoa and chia seeds with the water, 125ml water, olive oil, baking powder, Formula 3 PPP, salt and lemon juice for 3 minutes.
Divide the dough into different shapes. Smooth the surface and let it sit for 1.5 hours and a half.
Leave to cool in the jar for 30 minutes.
So it tastes delicious, great with any seasoning.
