Baked fish

This is a great recipe that keeps the fish juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside - almost fat-free. A colorful salad or steamed vegetables are suitable as a side dish.

Ingredient List (2 People)
Olive oil
500 g of cod fillets or red snapper, rinsed and dabbed, dried
50 ml of skimmed milk
Two egg whites
50 g of grated bread,
2 tablespoons of instant lemon sauce
Lemon slices for garnish

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 250 C.
Present a baking sheet with olive oil.
Mix the milk with the egg white in a large flat bowl.
Mix the breadcrumbs on a plate with the powdered sauce.
Turn the fish fillets first in the egg white and then in the breadcrumbs.
Place the fillets next to each other on the baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.
Bake for about 20 minutes until the fish is easy to pick up with a fork.
Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
