Pizza Low Carb
Pizza with tuna base.
Ingredient List (2 People)
3 cans of tuna
3 eggs (medium size)
80 g - tomato paste
120 g - Perforated tomatoes
100 g - grated cheese (e.g. mozzarella-gouda)
70 g - Turkey ham (or other ham, salami)
100 g - fresh mushrooms
1 onion
60 g - Feta
1 handful of rocket
1 clove of garlic
salt and pepper
Dried herbs (as desired)
Preparation:
For the tuna pizza dough, the first thing to do is prepare the pizza base. To do this, pour the juice of the tuna cans and let them drain well. Fill the tuna in a bowl and press two or three sheets of kitchen paper onto it to absorb any excess residual moisture. Add the eggs. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the mixture thinly on the parchment paper and press firmly. Pre-cook for about 15 minutes. Then mix the tomato paste and the pureed tomatoes, put the salt and pepper, chop the garlic and add it. Cut the mushrooms and onion into slices and crumble the feta. Remove the finished base from the oven and smear it with the sauce. Then cover with the listed ingredients and top with cheese. Bake in the top third of the oven for another 10 minutes.
