Lemon chicken with aloe and quinoa
As a balanced meal during the week, this delicious dish is a real firework of aromas, enlivened by the drink of lemon tea and AloeMax.
List of ingredients (4 people)
4 chicken breasts (about 100g each)
12 caps of AloeMax
2 cloves of garlic
100 g of onions
Small bunch of cilantro, chopped
4 teaspoons of lemon tea
Lemon peel
salt
pepper
For the side dish:
200 g of quinoa
2 medium-sized ripe avocados
½ small onion or
2 spring onions
2 tablespoons Formula 3 PPP
juice of half a lemon or lime
Fresh coriander
1 pinch of salt
Preparation
Preparation of the chicken:
put the chicken breasts for 8 hours in the AloeMax, add garlic and onions.
Pepper the marinated chicken breasts and put them in a pan and fry on both sides until well cooked.
Add the lemon and tea.
Boil for 2 minutes.
Make the quinoa and guacamole:
cook the quinoa, add a pinch of salt and mix everything.
Add the avocado, lemon juice, and PPP Formula 3 to a blender.
Add some water.
Then add the chopped onion and fresh cilantro.
