List of ingredients (6 Pieces)
100g of lean ricotta cheese
50g of Protein Drink Mix
50g of rolled oats
1 egg (L)
1 teaspoon of baking powder (3g)
approx. 200ml mineral water (carbonated - water)
Chocolate for coating (optional)

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients into a creamy dough.
You can reach the desired consistency by adding water in sips.
Then fill the dough into a donut and cook the Protein Donuts for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Since these are not low carb donuts, once cooled they can be coated in chocolate, as shown in the photo.
Note: Nutritional values ​​refer to a high protein donut with no chocolate coating.
