Protein Donuts
List of ingredients (6 people)
100g of lean quark
50g of Protein Drink Mix
50g of rolled oats
1 egg (L)
3g of baking powder
ca. 200 ml of mineral water (carbonated)
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients into a creamy dough.
You can get the desired consistency by adding water.
Then fill the dough into a donut and cook the donuts for 20-30 minutes until golden brown (the dough is enough for about 6 donuts).
Let them cool.
