Protein Tiramisú
Ingredients list (3 People)
Cookie layer:
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of Protein Drink Mix
1 teaspoon of baking powder
3 tablespoons of water
Cream layer:
250g of ricotta
2 tablespoons of Protein Drink Mix
1 teaspoon of cocoa ( without sugar)
a little water
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Separate the eggs. Beat the stiff egg white
Mix the egg yolks with the protein drink, baking powder and 3 tablespoons of water
Carefully fold the protein
Put the dough in a pan greased with a piece of parchment paper and cook for 10 minutes.
For the cream, mix the ricotta with the protein drink and add water in sips until you get a nice cream.
Mix 1/3 of the cream with the cocoa powder (add a little water) until creamy.
Create layers of cocoa cream, vanilla cream, cocoa cream, vanilla cream ... at the end sprinkle some cocoa powder on your protein tiramisu.
After 30 minutes in the fridge it is ready to be enjoyed.
