Lean quark with apples and honey
Ingredient List (1 Person)
150 g of lean curd
1 tablespoon of honey
a little cinnamon
2 apples
Preparation:
Peel the apple, cut it into cubes and toss in water.
(for the special taste add a vanilla pod or star anise to the water).
Arrange the ricotta mixed with honey on the plate, sprinkle with the stewed apple and sprinkle with cinnamon.
