Lean quark with muesli and nuts
Prepared veil - can also be carried behind. Almost any muesli or other fruit is suitable for this recipe.
Ingredient List (1 Person)
150 g of lean curd
50 g of natural yogurt
50 g of fruit muesli
10-15 nuts (walnuts and almonds are particularly suitable)
1 small banana (optionally other fruit)
Preparation:
Mix the lean curd and natural yogurt. Cut the banana into small pieces and fold it.
Take a glass or bowl. Fill muesli, dried fruits and nuts in layers with lean shortcrust cheese and yogurt.
