150 ml rice or soy drink

optional: a pinch of cinnamon
Preparation:
Soften 2 dates in 50ml hot water, then blend, add 50ml water, 200ml rice or soy milk, 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Cafe latte and blend again (optional: a pinch of cinnamon)
