250 ml of water
1 scoop of Proteindrinkmix
2 scoops of vanilla smoothie
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
pinch of black pepper
some ginger (optional)
If you don't have a Proteindrinkmix, use 250ml of soy drink instead of water.
