Ingredient List (1 Person)
3 peanuts
1 tablespoon of chocolate chips / cocoa chips
1 tablespoon of cocoa (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon of mix protein drink
2 tablespoons of chocolate smoothie
250ml of water
Preparation:
Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.
Mix the smoothie: chocolate smoothie, Proteindrinkmix and cocoa with 250ml of water.
Add the chocolate chips and chopped peanuts to the smoothie and mix with a spoon. Your healthy Snickers Shake is ready.
