2 tablespoons Formula 1 Banana (or Vanilla)
50 g of pineapple
200 ml of water
1 tablespoon of Proteindrinkmix
50 ml of orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients well and blend. In summer, add 1-2 ice cubes. Tip: You can cut the rest of the unused pineapple into small pieces and freeze, so that you can have it available for the next smoothies.
