Ingredient List (26 Pieces)
1 egg
2 tablespoons of Proteindrinkmix
6 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, dehydrated
80g of puffed wholemeal quinoa
60g chocolate to soak (optional)

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
Mix the powdered protein drink and cocoa powder.
Put the egg and water in a measuring cup, add the cocoa protein drink and blend well with a hand blender.
In a bowl, add the puffed quinoa and puree. Knead everything by hand until you reach a homogeneous mass.
Put the quinoa mixture on a baking sheet with parchment paper, smooth and bake in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Let it cool for five minutes and cut corners with cookie cutters or cut into pieces with a knife.
Dip in chocolate as desired.
