Stir-fry with tofu
Vegetable protein with vegetables
List of ingredients (4 people)
1 inch-sized piece of ginger
4 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of spring onions
1 teaspoon of pear syrup
1 teaspoon of mustard
5 tablespoons of soy sauce
500 g of solid tofu
1 bunch of fresh cilantro
1 chilli
200 g of snow peas
1 carrot
125 g of Shiitake mushrooms
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
Preparation:
Peel the ginger, cut into thin cubes.
Chop the garlic.
Cut the spring onions into rings.
Mix the thick juice with the mustard, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and half of the ginger, garlic and spring onions.
Cut the tofu into slices and marinate for 2 hours.
Remove the coriander leaves from the stem.
Clean the rest of the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok.
Fry the ginger, garlic, onions and vegetables for about 3 minutes while turning.
Add the rest of the soy sauce and the cilantro, sauté for another 4 minutes.
Heat the remaining oil in a pan.
Drain the marinade.
Thoroughly brown the tofu slices, arrange with the vegetables on the plate.
