Potato-based strudel

The dough:
2 medium sized potatoes (200g)
1 egg
1 tablespoon of buckwheat flour
garlic, onion to taste
Coating:
3 tablespoons of tomato soup
50g of natural tuna from the jar
¼ Mozzarella (Skyrella)
a piece of feta cheese (40g)
1 tablespoon of corn
2 cocktail tomatoes

Preparation
Peel and grate the potatoes - Peel and grate the onion and garlic, squeeze the mixture well. Add some salt, egg and mix - thicken with a little buckwheat flour and knead the dough.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and roll out the potato dough evenly.
Put in a preheated oven at 200 ° and cook for approx. 20 minutes.
Then spread the tomato sauce evenly over the baked potato paste. Cover the strudel with tuna, mozzarella and feta, season with salt, pepper, oregano and cook for another 10 minutes (reduce the temperature to 180 °)
Then add the rocket, tomatoes and corn to the strudel.
