Sushi Sandwich
Ingredient List (4 Pieces)
200 g Tofu
1/2 Avocado
200 g Milchreis (Sushireis)
400 ml kaltes Wasser
1 Karotte
1 roten Rettich
Seetangblätter
5 EL Sojasoße
2 EL Kokosblütenzucker
5 EL Sushi-Gewürz (alternativ 4 EL Reisessig, 1 EL Zucker, 2 EL Wasser, etwas Salz zusammen aufkochen)
Preparation
Bring the rice to a boil with the water with the lid closed, then reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for 20 minutes. Then remove from the heat and let it steam for another 10 minutes.
Mix the sushi spice into the hot rice and let the rice cool.
Put some oil in a pan, fry the tofu on both sides and heat with the soy sauce and coconut blossom sugar. Let it simmer for a little while.
Thinly chop the carrot, radish and avocado.
Take a seaweed leaf (smooth side down) and first add a layer of rice in the center. Then place the tofu, carrot, radish and avocado on top. And finally add another layer of rice.
Fold the opposite corners in the center (maybe a little water on the sides, which will make it stick well).
