tiramisu in a glass A different tiramisu. Especially perfect for Christmas.
Ingredients list (4 people)
250g natural yogurt
125g quark
4 scoops of F1 cinnamon apple smoothie
Gingerbread spice
Cocoa powder
Cinnamon
1 apple (can be finely sliced or made into apple puree)
Preparation:
Stir the yogurt natural, quark and the F1 shake.
Cut the apple into thin slices and let it sit in its own juice and spiced gingerbread for 30 minutes (add the rum flavor if you like).
Layer the mixture of yogurt and apple slices alternately in small glasses, decorate with the mixture of cinnamon and cocoa powder.
Apples can also be boiled in applesauce to taste! In this case, just lay the mixture of cream and puree in layers one after the other.
