Quick tiramisu

So quickly made without sugar, without eggs, without cooking.

List of ingredients (2 Pieces)
150g of lean ricotta
100g of natural yogurt 3.5%
3 tablespoons of Protein Drink Mix
about 4 pieces of wholemeal rusks
Coffee to soak
Cocoa without sugar for dusting

Preparation:
Bring the boiling coffee and let it cool.
Mix the low-fat cheese, natural yogurt and 2 tablespoons of Protein Drink Mix well together.
Mix about 100ml of coffee with 1 tablespoon of Protein Drink Mix and place it in a flat bowl. Soak the rusks one after the other for a short time.
Then alternately lay the toast and quark mixture in a mold - finishing with the quark cream.
Now put the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 2.5 - 3 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa and, if desired, with fresh berry toppings.
