Tuna with avocado and vegetables

Ingredient List (2 People)
150 g of tuna, by the glass
1 avocado
100 g of bell pepper
100 g tomatoes
50 g cucumber
1 spring onion
30 g of corn
½ bunch of parsley
50 g of radish
½ red chilli
1 lime
2 tablespoons of olive oil
nutmeg
salt
pepper

Preparation
Remove the oil from the tuna and chop with a fork - Halve the avocado and remove the core - Halve the lime and squeeze the juice - Sprinkle both halves of the avocado with a little lime juice.
Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces - remove the seeds and dividers from the peppers and cut into cubes - wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces - clean the spring onion and cut it into rings.
Put the corn in a sieve and drain it - wash the parsley and shake, then remove the leaves and chop - halve the chilli lengthwise and remove the seeds, then finely chop - clean the radishes and cut them into small pieces.
Place tuna, cucumber, pepper, tomatoes, spring onions, corn, parsley, radish and chilli in a bowl - add olive oil and lime juice and season with fresh grated nutmeg, salt and pepper - mix salad well and serve with avocado.
