Vegan Poke Bowl

Ingredient List (1 Person)

Base:
80 g of brown rice
Seals:
150 g of tofu
50 ml of soy sauce
30 g avocado
50 g of peas
40 g of red cabbage
1 stick of spring onion
30 g of mango

Additional components
1 tablespoon of sesame
1 tablespoon of chopped peanuts
1 tablespoon of almond paste
1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro

Preparation
Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
Dice the tofu and stir-fry with soy sauce.
Chop the ingredients for the dressing.
Put the rice in a bowl and top it with the seasonings clockwise.
Sprinkle it with sesame seeds, coriander and peanuts and put a spoonful of almond paste on top.
