Protein wafer with blueberries

Ingredient List (3 People)
2 eggs
50ml of sparkling mineral water
100ml of rice milk
125g of lean quark
50g of soft oat flakes
85 g of wholemeal spelled flour
1/2 packet of baking powder

Preparation:
Beat the eggs with mineral water and rice milk in a large bowl. Add the low-fat quark and mix until smooth. Mix the oat flakes, flour, and baking powder and add them to the quark dough. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Heat the wafer machine and brush the waffles with some coconut oil or spray with baking spray. Fry the pasta in portions in the waffle iron. Lubricate the waffle iron over and over in between.
