Smoothie yogurt
Another type of smoothie or don't you want to "just drink it"?
Here is the alternative variant:
List of ingredients (1 Person)
Yogurt (ideally high protein content)
2 tablespoons F1 meal shake or 2 tablespoons Proteindrinkmix
Fruit, nuts, muesli ..... as desired
Preparation:
Mix the yogurt with a whisk in powder with a spoon or add with a whisk.
